Marc Barends is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology, innovation, and education. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences since June 2011, Marc also holds the position of Lecturer & Startup Coach, responsible for curriculum development and startup coaching. As the Founder of Malloy Repair since August 2018, Marc contributes as a volunteer by repairing domestic appliances for food bank members. Previous roles include Manager of R&D at Tunturi New Fitness and ravo - groupe fayat, Project Manager at Plymovent, and Project Leader/Sr. Engineer at WeLL Design. Marc holds an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Werktuigbouwkunde from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
