Maria Klever

Maria Klever is a skilled fiscalist with extensive experience in tax consulting and management. Currently employed at Provincie Noord-Holland since November 2019, Maria previously worked as a Senior Consultant Indirect Taxes at PwC Nederland from September 2014 to October 2019, specializing in indirect tax advisory within the real estate and public sectors. Earlier experience includes a tax trainee position at PwC Nederland, complemented by retail management roles at HEMA. Maria has also contributed to the project "1001 vrouwen uit de Nederlandse geschiedenis" during an internship at Huygens ING. An active leader, Maria served as chairperson of the study association for history students at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law from Radboud University, a Master of Arts (MA) in History from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
