Nicolette van Caulil-Steenstra

Nicolette van Caulil-Steenstra has extensive experience in education and business management. Currently, Nicolette serves as a Docent Commerciële Economie at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since April 2011, guiding first-year students in practical assignments focused on Sales, Market Research, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, while also being a member of the Examination Committee. Additionally, as a Trainer/Coach for the Business Economics department, Nicolette conducts training sessions on Communication Skills, Team Building, Presentation Techniques, and Advisory Skills for first- and second-year students. Prior to this role, Nicolette managed catering operations at Caulils Delicatessen & Catering from October 2009 to June 2017, overseeing marketing, sales, and execution. Earlier positions include being an Office Manager at Uppig and Hoofbureau. Nicolette holds a Master’s degree in Science of Communication from the University of Amsterdam and completed VWO at Strabrecht College.
