Sjoukje Dijkman

Sjoukje Dijkman is an experienced educator and facilitator in the field of human resource management and sustainability. Currently serving as a lecturer at Hogeschool van Amsterdam and in multiple roles including trainer and change agent, Sjoukje develops educational modules and guides students through HRM project execution. As a conversation leader for Socratisch Café Nederland, Sjoukje fosters dialogue and reflection among participants. Additionally, Sjoukje's work as a policy advisor for Gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân focuses on community participation initiatives. Previous roles include developing Socratic skills training, leading workshops on organizational change, and assessing competencies in education. Sjoukje holds various qualifications in education, psychology, and facilitation, with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
