Stephanie Beckers

Stephanie Beckers has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Jr. Designer at Studio Baan. Stephanie then worked as a Freelance designer at Steeph Design from 2007 to 2010. From 2009 to 2012, Stephanie owned and managed Naadloos, a textile design studio where they recruited designers, sold textile artworks, and handled account management. Stephanie then worked as an Artwork Designer Apparel at USG Brands from 2011 to 2013. Stephanie also had guest lecturer positions at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam - AMFI in 2012 and 2013, where they taught various aspects of fashion design. From 2010 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences, including Team leader of the Communication program and Lecturer of Strategy and Design. Since 2015, Stephanie has been working at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they currently hold the position of Head of department for the Communication & Creative Business programs.

Stephanie Beckers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Design at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Stephanie then pursued a Master of Education in Arts (M.A.Ed) at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2008. In 2011, they obtained a Teaching Qualification from Utrecht University. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they completed a Training program in Educational leadership / management.
