Timo Kortsch

Timo Kortsch currently serves as a Professor für Wirtschaftspsychologie at IU Internationale Hochschule since December 2021 and is the Founder and CEO of Denkverstärker, a consultancy focusing on organizational development, since June 2017. In addition to these roles, Timo is an author of "Stressprävention in modernen Arbeitswelten" with Hogrefe Verlag GmbH & Co. KG and has conducted research on energy transition acceptance as a Scientist at IZES gGmbH. Previous experience includes a research associate and trainer position at TU Braunschweig, and as a counseling psychologist managing programs for the unemployed. Timo's academic background includes a doctorate in psychology from Technische Universität Braunschweig and a Master of Science from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, along with additional qualifications in systemic therapy and hypnotherapy.
