Russell D Campbell is the Director Military Sales & Foodservice at HOIST since February 2019. Previously, Russell D served as the Vice President of Food Service Operations at Robert Irvine Foods, LLC and as the US Army Sustainment Command Food Program Manager. With a background in management from the University of Phoenix, Russell D has extensive experience in food service operations, business development, and training division management within the military sector.
