Andrew Rowe

Andrew Rowe has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Andrew began their career as a Web Research Analyst at Strategic Interactive Group, where they provided customer behavioral information and designed external customer reporting.

Andrew then worked as an Access Support Analyst at NATS, where they recorded, analyzed, and reported on live radar data for airport studies and developed ETL scripts to aid in data storage.

Andrew later joined Cable & Wireless, where they held multiple roles. As a Business Analyst, they analyzed data trends and customer questionnaires to improve customer service levels and ensure regulatory compliance. In subsequent roles as a Management Information Consultant and Web Developer/SQL Server 2000 DBA, Andrew built a secure MI portal, developed interactive online reports, and designed intranet sites and administrative tools. Andrew also constructed debt management and customer deal tools that resulted in significant cost savings.

At Vodafone, Andrew worked as a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst, where they built various tools and databases to enhance account management, customer satisfaction reporting, and crisis management.

Andrew'smost recent position is at Hoist Finance, where they currently serve as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer.

Andrew Rowe completed their A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Business Studies at Blackpool Sixth Form College from the year 1990 to 1991. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University, from 1992 to 1996.
