Cecilia Stråle

Cecilia Stråle is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Hoist Finance since August 2020, where Cecilia leads the Group Compliance function and is a member of the Group Executive Management Team. Prior to this role, Cecilia held various significant positions at American Express including Head of Compliance Nordics and Interim Head of Security. Cecilia's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on international and domestic arbitration, and managing corporate law issues, as well as litigation management at Ericsson. Cecilia began their career as a Junior Judge at the District Court of Stockholm and has also gained experience through internships at prestigious legal firms. Cecilia holds an LLM from Uppsala University and has furthered education at Stockholm University and The University of Texas at Austin.
