Mihails Mihailovs is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in information technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hoist Finance since June 2023, Mihails has a rich history at Intrum, where from November 2010 to June 2023, held various roles including IT Transformation Director and Regional IT Director for Central and Eastern Europe.
