Yoana Barchín Valero

Yoana Barchín Valero began their career in 2013 with a role as an intern at Despacho de Abogados de Andrés López Martínez (ANHEMAR CONSULTORA). Yoana then worked as a collaborator lawyer at Despacho de Abogados de Audelino Carrión Gil y Román Lacoba Martínez, where they were responsible for preparing and presenting judicial documents, attending court proceedings, and accompanying detainees. In 2015, Yoana joined Metis Abogados as a lawyer, actively handling civil law cases, leading the creation of the company, and attracting potential clients. In 2016, they transitioned to Exceltia as a legal assistant, managing civil case files related to nullity of actions and preferences, examining documentation, and assigning cases to law firms. The same year, Yoana also worked at ONTIER as a lawyer in the litigation and arbitration department, specifically on the BANKIA project. Yoana then joined Axactor Spain in 2017 as a lawyer before being promoted to a team leader in 2021. Currently, Yoana is working as a lawyer at Hoist Finance, starting in 2022.

Yoana Barchín Valero completed their education from 2007 to 2013 at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Derecho (Law). Following that, they attended the Ilustre colegio de Abogados de Albacete from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued further education in the field of law through the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica (School of Legal Practice).
