Katriina Penttinen

Katriina Penttinen is an experienced professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Development at HOK-Elanto since September 2025. Prior to this role, Katriina held multiple positions at Citycon from August 2018 to August 2025, including Head of Development and Construction, Development Director, and Regional Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading development projects and managing urban center constructions in the Nordic region. Additionally, Katriina served as a Board Member of the Green Building Council Finland from 2019 to 2021 and has a solid background in project management from NCC Property Development Oy, where responsibilities involved overseeing commercial property developments. Katriina Penttinen holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Economics from the Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 2010.
