Tom Mistretta

Tom Mistretta has a vast amount of experience in laboratory planning. Tom started their career at Research Facilities Design in 1994 and worked there until 2004 as a Laboratory Planner. In 2004, they briefly worked at EwingCole as a Laboratory Planner before moving to CUH2A in 2005, where they continued their role as a Laboratory Planner until 2008. Tom then joined HDR Inc. as a Principal Laboratory Planner/Vice President from 2008 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Ballinger as the Director of Laboratory Planning from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Tom holds the position of Principal/Senior Laboratory Planner at HOK since May 2022.

Tom Mistretta attended Binghamton University from 1975 to 1977, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Following that, they pursued a M.Arch degree in Architecture at the University at Buffalo from 1977 to 1982.
