Yike Qin, PE, SE, AIA, LEED AP, is a Structural Project Engineer at HOK since November 2022, with previous experience as a Structural Engineer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill from July 2018 to November 2022, contributing to projects such as the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing in Cambridge, MA. Yike's early career included a Structural Summer Internship at HKS, Inc., where research on structural design optimization was conducted, and collaboration with HKS LINE took place. Additionally, as a Collection Documentation Intern at the Council of American Maritime Museum, Yike created measured drawings for historical vessels and organized field measurements. Yike holds dual Master's Degrees in Structural Engineering and Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, where a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering was also obtained.
