Aly Casillas

Aly Casillas is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Design for Global Brand Environments and Experience at UGG since August 2023. Aly has previously held key positions including Global Head of Visual Merchandising at Thom Browne, Inc. where responsibilities included overseeing all creative aspects of store openings and brand activations for a global retail footprint. Prior experience encompasses roles as Visual Manager for North America at Brunello Cucinelli and Visual Manager for the New York Area at Fendi, focusing on visual merchandising projects across multiple high-profile retail locations. Additional experience includes a Visual Merchandiser role at MaxMara, and at Christian Dior Couture, where Aly managed visual standards and installations. Aly holds a BFA in Photography, Painting, and Fashion Design from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Tufts University. Further education includes recent studies at the Sydney Design School.
