Chrissy Bettencourt

Chrissy Bettencourt is a seasoned footwear developer currently employed at HOKA as a Footwear Developer II since August 2025. Prior to this, Chrissy worked at Columbia Sportswear Company as a Footwear Developer III from October 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included developing new tooling projects, collaborating with the Innovation team, and managing production confirmation processes. Chrissy's experience also encompasses a role as a Technical Designer at Terrazign Inc., a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oregon, and various positions at PLAE, contributing to design and development in the footwear sector. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering modified with Studio Art from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Sports Product Design from the University of Oregon.
