Kaitlin Koosman

Kaitlin Koosman currently serves as the Director of Global Merchandising for Performance Footwear at HOKA since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kaitlin was the Senior Manager of Global Performance Footwear Merchandising at lululemon from September 2022 to December 2024. From July 2015 to September 2022, Kaitlin held various positions at Nike, including Manager of Global Footwear Merchandising for Men's Air Force 1, Manager for Women's Running, and Associate for Running Core Performance. Earlier experience includes a role as Communications and Development Specialist at Mission Possible and Outside Sales and Marketing Specialist at Bodybugg Canada. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a Spanish minor from Oregon State University in January 2010.
