Vincent Bouillard

Vincent Bouillard is a seasoned professional in product engineering and innovation, currently serving as Senior Manager at HOKA since March 2016. Bouillard has a track record of building and leading product engineering resources, overseeing development processes from lab testing to strategic implementation across various product categories. Responsibilities include managing the global Product Testing engine, redefining processes, and implementing innovative concepts during product development. Prior experience includes impactful roles at Deckers, emphasizing innovation in materials and processes, as well as conducting research on polymer materials for footwear applications. Bouillard holds a Master's degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering from INSA Lyon and has also contributed to polymer recycling research at INSA Lyon's Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering.
