Vitaly Stepanov

Vitaly Stepanov is a software engineer with extensive experience in web development and telecommunications. Currently at Hola since September 2014, Vitaly focuses on developing advanced solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB within an Israeli startup specializing in VPNs and P2P networks. Prior to this role, Vitaly served as a senior web developer at ПАО "Ростелеком," where responsibilities included creating websites and OTT applications with JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Additional experience includes web development roles at Zed, PrimeConcept, and 1 Point MSC, contributing to various projects and technologies such as Oracle and PostgreSQL. Vitaly holds a degree from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics and attended Lomonosov Moscow State University.
