Meg Gilliland

Meg is a partner at HolacracyOne and digital marketing nerd. Her interest in organizational evolution began when working at a startup and dealing with the pitfalls of conventional management on a team of entrepreneurs. After experiencing both conventional and more flat management styles, she is convinced that Holacracy-powered is the only way for her.

In her roles at HolacracyOne, Meg primarily focuses on Marketing, but dabbles in Holacracy Resources, GlassFrog, People & Partnership, Partner Prospecting, and Business Development.

Meg graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012 with a BA in Anthropology. She currently resides in eastern North Carolina with her husband and three rescue kitties.
