Olivier is a seasoned consultant and coach with years of experience supporting companies transition to Holacracy. Native from France, he has a background in social science and moved to the US to pursue a Master’s in psychology, with a specialization in adult development psychology. His passion for interpersonal dynamics in the workplace led him to study various conflict-resolution practices from Non-Violent Communication to mediation. Olivier is also a closet technologist fascinated by how technology can disrupt old industries, including how new ways of organizing like Holacracy can best support these changes.
