Rebecca Brover

Rebecca has 15 years experience in continuing professional development, technology implementation, and organizational behavior in the nonprofit sector. Her specific areas of expertise are fostering cultures of service and process refinement. Her dedication to service manifested in work to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault, promote support of the performing arts and provide continuing education for healthcare professionals. A keen interest in efficient work led her to Holacracy in 2014 where she sought further education resulting in certification as a Holacracy Coach and partnership in HolacracyOne. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in music and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis.
