Ryan Lund

Ryan Lund has extensive work experience in the mechanical and facilities services industry. Ryan started their career at Holaday Parks in 2000 as a Service Field Technician, where they gained hands-on experience in the field. Ryan then progressed to roles such as Mechanical Service Foreman and Mechanical Service Superintendent. In 2009, Ryan joined Holaday-Parks, Inc. as a Mechanical Service Account Executive and later became the Mechanical Service Division Manager. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Director of MEP, Energy, and Facility Services, where they are responsible for managing sales and operations and fostering staff growth and empowerment.

Ryan Lund attended Lake Washington Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001 and obtained an AAS degree in Refrigeration. Ryan also holds several additional certifications including a 06A Elec. Admin License from the State of Washington obtained in March 2013, a 07 Admin Electrical certification from the State of WA obtained in 2009, a TABB Supervisor certification from the Testing, and Adjusting Balancing Bureau obtained in 2008, and a Grade 3 Boiler License from the City of Seattle obtained in 2006.
