Matheus Cotta de Carvalho

Matheus Cotta de Carvalho currently serves as the CEO of Holambra Cooperativa Agroindustrial, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Matheus held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Management at Copersucar S.A., and President of Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais S/A. Notable contributions include leading cultural transformation initiatives at banco BV and overseeing innovation and enterprise development at SEBRAE. Matheus has also been a member of numerous committees and boards, including CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira and BCPAR SA - Brennand Cimentos. Matheus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has completed several executive courses at renowned institutions such as INSEAD-FDC and IESE Business School.
