Brian Clouse

Brian is a member of the Mazars USA LLP Executive Board and is the firm’s National Audit Service Line Leader with responsibility for unifying the attest practice across all regions in the U.S. Brian also leads the firm’s Insurance Practice, delivering audit, financial, management and consulting services to insurance and reinsurance companies, captives, and risk retention groups.

He has more than 20 years of experience comprised of GAAP and statutory financial statement audits, financial and operational restructuring, forensic accounting investigations, and litigation support. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in the New York City and Hamilton, Bermuda offices, and then held positions at CIGNA and PMA Holdings prior to joining the firm. He has a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Accounting from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
