Brad Bickford

Brad Bickford, CDAL, has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary industries, currently serving as the General Manager at The Holbrook since October 2020. Prior roles include General Manager positions at Parc Communities from June 2012 to October 2020, where responsibilities spanned various managerial and culinary roles such as AGM/Business Office Manager, Director of Dining Services, and Executive Chef. Earlier in the career, Brad held the position of Executive Chef at Chef Cary's Cuisine and Sous Chef at the 57th Fighter Group. Additional experience includes work as a Chef Tournant at The Piedmont Driving Club and positions at The Food Studio and The Capital Grille. Educational credentials include an Associates degree in Culinary from Ogeechee College, completed between 2002 and 2005, and a high school diploma from Mcintosh High, earned from 1998 to 2001.
