James Cuthbert

James Cuthbert serves as the General Manager of Concrete at Holcim Australia & New Zealand since July 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of General Manager for Allens Asphalt Pty Ltd and RSG Ltd (Boral) from October 2016 to July 2022. James has extensive experience in the construction materials industry, having worked at Boral Construction Materials from July 2012 to September 2016 as Contracting Operations Manager and previously as North Country Operations Manager for Quarries Queensland. Earlier professional experience includes key roles at Holcim (Aggregate Industries), such as Regional Manager for Express Asphalt Scotland, where James managed a significant P&L and operational control. James holds an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, alongside qualifications in management and quarry management from Loughborough College and Doncaster College, as well as a BA Hons in Business with Information Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
