Milton Konstantinidis has over 19 years of project management experience, currently serving as the National CAPEX Project Manager at Holcim Australia & New Zealand since February 2015, focusing on capital asset management and compliance systems. Previous roles include Project Manager at Holcim from May 2010 to January 2015, overseeing greenfield developments and major upgrades, and Senior Project Engineer at Delta Group from May 2007 to May 2010, managing mobile crushing and screening contracts. Prior to these positions, Milton contributed as the Operations Improvement Manager at Readymix, implementing KPIs and enhancing operational performance.
