Ryan Flack

Ryan Flack currently serves as the General Manager for Humes (Vic) at Holcim Australia, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan Flack accumulated extensive experience at Boral from March 2006 to December 2023, with various positions including Operations Manager across multiple sectors—Quarries, Concrete, and Logistics/Supply Chain—as well as an Acting General Manager for Logistics in the Southern Region. Additional roles included Drill & Blast Manager and Supervisor for Quarries Victoria, along with Quarry Supervisor at Lysterfield Quarry and Business Improvement Coordinator. Ryan Flack holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in International Business from Monash University and has completed several qualifications at Box Hill Institute, including a Diploma of Surface Operations Management and a Certificate IV in Extractive Industries. Additional education includes a Certificate IV in Business, Frontline Management from Leadership Management Australasia and an Advanced Diploma of Business in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
