Dev Barpanda

Dev Barpanda, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Research and Development at Holcim Building Envelope since 2025. They have previously held various leadership roles, including Director of R&D and Innovation at Saint-Gobain from 2016 to 2021, and Vice President of Product Engineering at Owens Corning from 2021 to 2024. Dev began their career as an Engineering Specialist at Lear Corporation in 1998 and advanced through multiple positions at The Dow Chemical Company from 2005 to 2013. They hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
