Ángela María Torres Talero

Ángela María Torres Talero is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Talent Development & People Manager and Corporate & Commercial HRBP Manager at Holcim Colombia since July 2022, where leadership in HR for strategic areas and business expansion is a focus. Previously, Torres Talero held roles at Holcim, including Head of Learning & Development for Latin America, where initiatives in training and development positively impacted 9,500 employees, and as Gerente Talento y Desarrollo, implementing leadership programs for regional executive committees. Other significant experiences include roles at Avianca, where organizational efficiency metrics were developed, and at Skandia Colombia, where talent attraction and corporate induction programs were designed. Torres Talero holds degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and is currently pursuing studies in Finance and Human Performance Management at CESA and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, respectively.
