Carl de Leon

Carl De Leon has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the construction and building materials industry. Carl is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Holcim, where they lead global innovation, R&D, quality, codes, and standards teams. Prior to this, Carl was the Vice President of International Business at Xypex Chemical Corporation, responsible for the company's international operations. Carl also held several positions at Sika, including Head of R&D Thermoplastics North America and Vice President of Roofing & Flooring. Additionally, Carl served as the Division Head of the Specialty Products Division at Solmax International Inc and as a Market Manager for Construction at Canadian General-Tower Ltd. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated a strong track record of driving growth, implementing strategic plans, and managing P&L responsibilities.

Carl De Leon has pursued higher education at McMaster University. Carl has completed Masters Studies in Chemical Engineering and also holds an Honours B.Sc. degree, majoring in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. Additionally, they have obtained a B.A. degree in Classics from McMaster University.
