Elliott Gwosdy

Elliott Gwosdy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in project finance and public-private partnerships (P3). Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and previously as Senior Counsel at Holcim since June 2019, Elliott has demonstrated expertise in legal matters related to infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Director of Legal at SNC-Lavalin Capital from July 2016 to December 2018, where work focused on financing for P3 bids and providing legal advice for investment and asset management. Additionally, Elliott spent over a decade at Honeywell, focusing on project finance for P3 transactions, successfully closing over 16 deals. Elliott holds multiple law degrees, including an LLB from Western University and an LLM in Banking and Financial Services from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, along with a Master's degree in International Banking from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from York University.
