Gulan Sherko

Gulan Sherko has extensive work experience in communications and corporate branding in the construction industry. They started their career in 2013 as a Procurement Specialist at Lafarge Iraq. Over the years, they progressed to various roles within the company including Communications Supervisor, Communications Manager, and Country Communications & Corporate Branding Manager. In 2023, they joined Holcim as the AMEA Communications Lead.

Gulan Sherko completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Communications and Public Relations from Schellhammer Business School in 2017-2018. Prior to that, Gulan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani in 2008-2012. Additionally, Gulan obtained a certification in Business School for Emerging Leaders from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
