M.D. Abdul Wadud

Md. Abdul Wadud's work experience includes serving as the Head of Inbound Logistics at LafargeHolcim from January 2018 to present. In this role, they are responsible for demand and supply planning, sourcing and planning organizational requirements, and utilizing BRAVO RFQ and e-Auction tools for raw material purchases. Prior to this, they worked at LafargeHolcim as the Head of Supply Chain from December 2014 to December 2017. In this position, they were responsible for demand and supply planning, sourcing and procurement of raw materials, machinery, and spare parts, and also utilized BRAVO RFQ and e-Auction tools for raw material purchases. Before joining LafargeHolcim, they worked at Aditya Birla Group as a Manager in Supply Chain from April 2012 to December 2014 and at Metrocem Group as a Manager in Supply Chain from September 2004 to March 2012.

Md. Abdul Wadud completed their Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing at Rajshahi University, Bangladesh from 1991 to 1996. Md. Abdul then pursued further studies and obtained a Masters of Business Studies in Marketing from the same university from 1996 to 1997. In addition, Wadud also completed an International Diploma course in Supply Chain Management(MLS-SCM) (Completed 12 module out of 18) organized by DCCI, Bangladesh and ITC-GENEVA, Switzerland.
