Michael Weihrauch

Michael Weihrauch, Dr.-Ing. has extensive work experience in the engineering and project management industry. Michael started their career at Polysius in 1996, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Process Engineer, Commissioning Manager, and PM. In 2002, they joined Holcim as a Senior Project Manager. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Shurovsky Cement (Holcim Group, Russia) as the Lead Project Manager for the construction of a Cement Plant in the Moscow Region. In 2012, they returned to Holcim and held the position of Head of Project Management Europe. From 2013 onwards, they became the Head of Engineering at Holcim.

Michael Weihrauch, Dr.-Ing. received their doctoral degree, Dr.-Ing., from TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Prior to that, they attended TU Bergakademie Freiberg from 1990 to 1996.
