Moses Were, MCIPS, is an experienced supply chain professional with a diverse background in strategic procurement and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director at LafargeHolcim's Bamburi Cement Limited since November 2016, Moses oversees procurement operations for the East Africa Cluster, which includes several countries. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager and Cluster Planning Manager at Tetra Pak, Manager of Procurement and Logistics at Wrigley, and Planning and Supply Supervisor at Chevron. Moses commenced the career as a Laboratory Chemist at the Kenya Bureau of Standards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kenyatta University.
