Pavan Sidhu is currently serving as the General Manager for Amrize Building Materials in Saskatchewan, a position they took on in 2025. Previously, Pavan held various roles including General Manager and Logistics Manager at Lafarge from 2013 to 2017. They also worked in various operational and finance roles at Holcim from 2004 to 2013 and have been a board member of the Saskatoon Construction Association since 2022.
