Sepehr Kousha has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within finance and procurement. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as the AVP Assistant Treasurer for International Aero Engines. In 1998, they joined Pratt & Whitney as the Business Development Director, where they were responsible for after-market business development and implementing financial processes and controls. Sepehr also served as the CFO Controller for Parts Manufacturing, overseeing financial planning and reporting, resource management, and cost reduction initiatives. In 2000, they joined Hughes Network Systems as the Director of Finance Reporting to the CFO, focusing on customer and supplier financing, credit risk management, and cash management. In 2002, they moved on to Lafarge North America as the Director of Financial Process Improvement, streamlining financial processes and leading a team for ERP implementation. Sepehr continued their career at Lafarge North America as the Director Finance Controller IT from 2004 to 2010, where they partnered with the CIO to reduce costs and ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Director Global Strategic Sourcing projects for LafargeHolcim, managing global IT sourcing projects and identifying synergies associated with the company's merger. Currently, they serve as the Head of America's Region Direct Procurement for LafargeHolcim, leading a team of over 100 procurement professionals and managing a budget of over 6 billion USD.

Sepehr Kousha obtained an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University between 1982 and 1984. Sepehr also pursued another MBA degree specializing in Finance and International Finance at the same institution, although the exact duration is unknown.
