Tim Cordes

Tim Cordes has extensive experience in the aggregate production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Holcim since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing a $35M annual budget, ensuring employee engagement in safety and environmental compliance, and overseeing HME fleet needs. Previous roles include Plant Superintendent and Materials Supervisor at Holcim, focusing on quality control for the production of substantial aggregate volumes and coordinating with sales and operations for effective production scheduling. Prior to that, Tim worked as QC Manager for the Slag Division at Edw C. Levy Co., where oversight of quality control processes for 2 million tons of aggregate annually was key. Tim's career began as a Field/Lab Technician at Driesenga & Associates, focusing on concrete specifications for infrastructure projects. Tim holds an Associates degree in Concrete from the World Center for Concrete Technology and a BA in Sociology from Western Michigan University.
