Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technology. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has been involved in creating hardware for innovative DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices. Prior experiences include roles as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities included circuit design and software development. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
