Fernando Olivares

Fernando Olivares is an experienced professional in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Coordinador de Infraestructura at Holcim El Salvador since December 2017. In this role, Fernando is responsible for direct relationships with stakeholders, providing comprehensive advice and solutions related to cement and concrete, along with supporting and advising government institutions on various infrastructure projects. Prior to Holcim, Fernando worked at FOVIAL from October 2006 to November 2017 as Administrador de Proyectos de Inversión, where responsibilities included overseeing projects from inception to completion, acting as the state's representative, and managing significant road and mitigation projects. Fernando holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from ISEADE - FEPADE and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Albert Einstein.
