Ronald Kikkert

Ronald Kikkert possesses extensive experience in procurement and logistics, currently serving as Director of Logistics & Procurement at Holcim Germany since December 2023. In this role, Ronald is responsible for shaping and executing the supply chain strategy, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Prior to this position, Ronald held several key roles at K+S Group, including Head of Procurement for Civil Engineering, leading a skilled team in managing comprehensive construction projects across Europe. Ronald's career also includes significant positions at K+S Potash Canada and Esco Frisia Zout BV, where leadership in procurement and materials management was emphasized. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NHL Hogeschool and has completed a tactical purchasing program at NEVI.
