Maciej Sypek

Maciej Sypek is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as Country CEO of Holcim Poland since 2019, following a series of leadership roles in sales, logistics, and marketing. Previously, Maciej held various positions at LafargeHolcim from 2015 to 2019, including Technical Marketing Director and Country Technical Force Manager, where responsibilities included research and development, technical support, and claims management. Maciej's earlier career at Lafarge Polska from 2007 to 2015 encompassed roles such as Marketing Manager for both B2B and Cement, Key Account Manager, Concrete Labs Manager, and Technical Advisor, contributing significantly to customer acquisition and marketing strategy. Academically, Maciej holds a PhD in Engineering and Technology from AGH University of Krakow, alongside degrees in Business/Managerial Economics and Chemical Engineering.
