Michał Głowacki

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha founded managination in July 2005, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, roles included Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to advancements in decentralized infrastructure and financial technology. Micha has also held positions with Share&Charge, IIB Council, PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg, advising on blockchain implementation and decentralization strategies. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has additional credentials in fintech and project management.
