Tomasz Blady

Tomasz Blady is an experienced professional in the field of plant management and maintenance, currently serving as the Plant Manager at Holcim Polska since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tomasz held various positions at LafargeHolcim, including Maintenance and Investment Manager from September 2019 to February 2023, and previously worked as the Technical and Investment Director at Ceramika Nowa Gala S.A. from March 2018 to August 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Maintenance Manager at Solvay and holding multiple roles at LafargeHolcim, including Maintenance Methods Department Manager, Project Engineer, and Mechanical Specialist from January 2008 to December 2015. Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics with a focus on Machine Construction and Laser and Plasma Technologies from Politechnika Świętokrzyska w Kielcach, where education was completed from 2002 to 2007.
