Roman Andermatt

Roman Andermatt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the commercial sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial for Cement at Holcim Schweiz since October 2021. Roman leads the commercial strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and customer-centric solutions in a dynamic market. Prior roles include Head of Business Development at Holcim, where responsibilities encompassed managing M&A projects and developing regional strategies for Central Europe West. Roman's earlier experience includes positions at BDO Switzerland, ÅF, Hitachi Zosen Inova, GNS Science, and as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich. Roman holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
