Isaak Clites

Isaak Clites serves as the Quarry Manager for HolcimUS since January 2023, overseeing a 450k ton/year aggregate quarry near Boston and focusing on enhancing site output and strategic long-term planning. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Aggregate Industries Northeast Region Inc. from August 2021 to January 2023, and a Project Intern position at LafargeHolcim in the US for three months in 2021, where Isaak developed a paperless inspection method for quarries. Additional experience includes a Project Engineer Co-op position at USG, an internship at LafargeHolcim working on asphalt plants, and earlier internships at Aggregate Industries US. Isaak Clites holds a degree from Virginia Tech, where involvement as a Resident Advisor was also part of the educational experience.
