Laurent Colla

Laurent Colla has held various roles within Holcim Belgium, starting as a Financial Controller for the Cement Business Unit and eventually becoming the Head of Operational Finance & Risk. With a background in financial engineering and an MBA in Finance, Laurent has successfully led teams in areas such as sales & operational planning, reporting & analytics, and risk management. Prior to their time at Holcim, Laurent worked in underwriting and risk management roles at AIG, where Laurent developed expertise in fleet & general liability underwriting. Through their leadership and analytical skills, Laurent has made significant contributions to improving financial margins and business excellence within the organizations Laurent has worked for.
