Tania Aghvorian

Tania Aghvorian currently serves as Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager at HOLDAL Group since March 2018, where Tania has also held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Specialist, alongside a focus on sustainability. Prior to this, Tania founded Kitchen Diaries with Taya, where the business specialized in creating and delivering baked goods in Beirut and Metn, while enhancing its online presence through social media. Tania's earlier experience includes multiple positions at BUTEC s.a.l. from 2012 to 2018, including Recruitment Specialist and HR Assistant, as well as a brief internship at Banque du Liban. Tania completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the American University of Beirut from 2014 to 2017.
